The course is aimed at people who have a business or working in tourism and those who intend to open a business in the field.

Central goal of the course is to achieve and improve managerial performance in order to the operation under the pension in condition of maximum efficiency aiming primarily profitability, rentability and success of the services offered on the tourism market.

After attending this course participants will assimilate competences that belong to areas as catering, financial accounting, banking and contracting, in order to ensure a favourable climate to customers, providing pension services and promote tourism, the operation of the pension in conditions of maximum profitability. By attending the course topic, it gives the participant the possibility to perceive and develop their skills of communication and team work, organisation spirit, resource management and information. This investment of effort is forming the participant to "see" his opportunities for management and administration.

Duration: 720 hours of theoretical training and practical activity at the most prestigious pensions in Bucovina.
