Period: 6 months
Submission: open course

Certificate of graduation "Manager in tourism activity" released by Ministry of Education, Research and Youth and by Ministry of Work, Family and Equal Chances, Course authorized by CNFPA.

	To all those who wish to specialize in tourism management units, according to COR classification (Classification of Occupations in Romania).

	Whay to participate?
	Central objective of the course aims to develop skills of manager and leader in tourism in order to effective manage the tourism unit with a professional team.

Skills acquired

After the completion of this course participants will obtain competences from the following areas: company management, marketing, IT, financial accounting, contracting, quality management, human resources, skills required to achieve the mission and economic - social objectives of the tourism company. Managing resources and information, training and supervision of work teams, and developing business plans support the organizational and planning capacity of the manager in tourism to achieve profitability and maintain the market position of the company. This investment of effort makes the participant to identify his skills and opportunities of organization, leadership and management of a tourism company through an efficient and well motivated team.

Details

Duration: 6 months from which 240 hours for theoretical formation and 480 hours for practical activities at the most prestigious tourism units.

Participation fee: 1200 Lei
