Certificate of graduation "Project Manager" released by Ministry of Education, Research and Youth and by Ministry of Work, Family and Equal Chances, Course authorized by CNFPA.

Whay to participate?

The course proposes an interactive approach with profound practical character of the notions of project management, having as objective appropriating by the trainees of some knowledge, techniques and practical abilities of project management – essential for optimisation and accountability of resources’ allocation and fulfilment of the organisation’s objectives – and development in teams of practical project proposals specific to their organisation.

Skills acquired

• The quality basis of theoretical concepts in project management
• Utilizarea unor tehnici de identificare, evaluare si dezvoltare proiecte, de planificare si alocare resurse/costuri, de bugetare proiecte, de monitorizare/ra portare
• Acquisition of skills by coordinating teams and projects;
• Practical workshops to develop a proposed project;
• The quality basic notions of planning and practice in the use of Microsoft Project (application software for management project assisted by computer) and the transposition project proposal developed during the course in Microsoft Project
• A brief presentation of the European Structural Funds, the National Development Plan 2007-2013 NDP, Operational Programs and a financial perspective 2007-2013
• Achieving the first step towards the project manager, community development both in full on the international as well as in Romania.

	• Introduction in Project Management • European funding programs - Structural Funds 2007-2013 • Groups of processes to project management • Skills and areas of knowledge in management project • WORKSHOP: Dezvoltarea practica în echipe de 4-5 cursanti a unor propuneri de proiecte specifice organizatiilor cursantilor si formalizarea propunerilor în MSProject.

Details

Duration: 150 hours, from which 100 hours for theoretical formation and 150 hours for elaboration of a financing application through Structural Funds in order to apply it.

Conditions of registration:
- Absolvent of high school with baccalaureate diploma

Trainers of the course are specialists in project management with long theoretical and practice experience in management of companies and projects - private or financed from European funds, as well as use of modern training methods and coaching.
