The participants are covering six steps:
Awareness – the participants are encouraged to respond to himself who they are, to introspect their value, personality, motivation, capacity and personal resources.
Acceptance – in which everyone recognizes his strength and weaknesses.
Objectives fastenings – the development of goal clearness in reaching the life objectives on long or short terms.
Strategy or Action Plan – are oriented in raising the knowledge level about economy and entrepreneur decision.
Immediate experience – in which emphasises “to do”; the experiences of structural study and creation of “like in the real life” situations contributes to the construction of the experience, in which the strategies are tested, evaluated and inoculated.
Transformation and action force – in which the assimilated competences are constituted in a model that joins the strength and the weaknesses of the personality, with the fixed objectives.
